Effective today (16 December), HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited has amended the Horse Race Betting Rules on horse withdrawal in relation to Composite Win.
The rules previously stated that a full pool refund will only be permitted when there is one composite left, i.e. all starters outside that composite have been withdrawn.
From today onwards, a full pool refund will be permitted should there be two composites left due to the scratching of other composites in the same grouping.
