The Stewards have been provided with written advice from British Horseracing Authority that CONFUCIUS SPIRIT (S329), formerly named as KYLLACHY RISE, wore blinkers when racing in that jurisdiction.
Mr D E Ferraris, trainer of CONFUCIUS SPIRIT, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Ferraris’s request has been approved.
