Permission has been granted for Freelance Jockey K C Leung to be absent from Hong Kong in order to partner CHA SIU BAO in the Vodafone NZ Derby (Group 1) to be conducted at the Ellerslie Racecourse, Auckland, New Zealand on Saturday, 4 March 2017.
Jockey Leung will depart Hong Kong following the Sha Tin race meeting on Wednesday, 1 March and return to Hong Kong in order to fulfil riding engagements at the Sha Tin race meeting on Sunday, 5 March. As such, he will not miss a Hong Kong race meeting.
