G1 - 2400m – Turf

1

Lasqueti Spirit

G1 VRC Oaks winner at 2500m on good ground last November and runner-up to champion mare Winx three starts back at 1600m. Last start was 12 lengths 5th to Jameka in G1 BMW (2400m - heavy) at Rosehill on 25 March. Back to own age and sex here and capable all conditions.

2

La Bella Diosa

Scored fourth straight win when claimed the G2 Surround Stakes (1400m - heavy) on 25 February but failed twice since. Coughing post-race when finished last in G1 Coolmore on 11 March and then struck severe interference early when 12.2 lengths 9th to Montoya’s Secret in G1 Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Rosehill on 25 March.

3

Bonneval

Chases fourth straight win after half length victory from Devise in G1 New Zealand Oaks (2400m - yielding) at Trentham on 18 March. New Zealand’s top filly proven on good and yielding ground.

4

Nurse Kitchen

Appreciated the soft ground when ran on strongly when head 2nd to Montoya’s Secret in G1 Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Rosehill on 25 March. Best form on soft tracks.

5

Harlow Gold

Sound effort when two lengths 3rd to Montoya’s Secret in G1 Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Rosehill on 25 March. Runner-up to Lasqueti Spirit in the VRC Oaks at 2500m last November. Capable wet and dry tracks.

6

Devise

NZ filly placed behind Bonneval at her past three starts. Latest was  half length 2nd to that filly in G1 New Zealand Oaks (2400m - yielding) at Trentham on 18 March. Competitive again.

7

Lubiton

Led when 5.2 lengths 5th to Montoya’s Secret in G1 Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Rosehill on 25 March. Racing well and would appreciate firmer ground.

8

Waking Moment

Broke through for first win, at fourth start, when finished strongly to score nose win from Perfect Rhyme in G3 Adrian Knox Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Randwick last Saturday.

9

Perfect Rhyme

Sound effort when nose 2nd to Waking Moment in G3 Adrian Knox Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Randwick last Saturday. Racing well and excels on soft and heavy ground.

10

Wheal Leisure

Placed in Listed Tasmanian Oaks (2100m - soft) on 19 February before 6 lengths 10th to Duke Of Elllington in Flemington 2000m Handicap (good) on 18 March when slow pace was against. Comes back to own age and sex here. Two wins have come on good ground; placed only start on soft.

11

Cambage

Battled on fairly when 7.2 lengths 6th to Waking Moment in G3 Adrian Knox Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Randwick last Saturday. Handles soft ground but two wins have come at 1600m and 2100m on good tracks.

12

High Impulse

Raced handy and held ground when 7.1 lengths 5th to Waking Moment in G3 Adrian Knox Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Randwick last Saturday. That followed 1800m Maiden win on heavy ground. Open to further improvement.

13

Lamma Hilton

Made ground from last when 6.4 lengths 4th to Waking Moment in G3 Adrian Knox Stakes (2000m - heavy) at Randwick last Saturday. Chance on that performance and handles all conditions.

14

Zambesia

Maiden but shows staying promise. Fair effort when 5.5 lengths 3rd to Captain Rhett in Geelong 2200m Maiden (soft) on 28 March.
