The Stewards have received a medical certificate advising that Freelance Jockey W M Lai has been passed fit to resume riding in races. Accordingly, Jockey Lai is eligible to accept race riding engagements for the Happy Valley race meeting scheduled to be conducted on Wednesday, 12 April 2017.
