Management has agreed to a request submitted by Club Jockey Brett Prebble for leave of absence from Hong Kong to allow him the opportunity to address private matters. Accordingly, Jockey Prebble has not accepted race riding engagements for the Happy Valley racemeeting to be conducted on Wednesday, 10 May 2017. At this time, Jockey Prebble intends to return to Hong Kong in order for him to accept race riding engagements for the Happy Valley racemeeting to be conducted on Wednesday, 14 June 2017.
A further release will be issued at the appropriate time.
