Riding Substitutions ¡V Jockey Alexis Badel

 

Following his fall from SIMPLY BRILLIANT after the winning post in Race 6 The January Cup at last night¡¦s Happy Valley meeting, Jockey Alexis Badel has today undergone further medical assessment by the Club¡¦s Chief Medical Officer.  The result of a subsequent scan taken of his left wrist revealed a minor fracture which will rule out Jockey Badel from his riding engagements at Saturday¡¦s Sha Tin racemeeting.  Accordingly, the following substitutions have been approved:-

Race 4	GOLDEN MISSION	C Murray
Race 5	JOYFUL FAMILY	U Rispoli
Race 6	RADIANT BUNNY	U Rispoli
Race 8	HOME RUN	M F Poon
Race 9	RIGHTEOUS DOCTRINE	M Chadwick
Race 10	HANDSOME BO BO	N Callan

           

A further release will be issued at the appropriate time in relation to Jockey Badel¡¦s fitness to be able to resume riding.
