Additional Veterinary Reports from 10 October 2021 Race Meeting

 

RACE 4 ¡V KELMIMI WINS

 

KELMIMI WINS, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time the horse was found to be a ¡§roarer¡¨ which had previously been reported.  KELMIMI WINS was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer D J Whyte this morning.  He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg.  As previously advised, KELMIMI WINS will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.

 

RACE 6 ¡V GENERAL WINNER

 

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that GENERAL WINNER was lame in its left hind leg on the morning after racing.  Before being allowed to race again, GENERAL WINNER will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

 

RACE 6 ¡V SUNNY BABY

 

The Veterinary Officer reported that SUNNY BABY was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing.  Before being allowed to race again, SUNNY BABY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

 

RACE 8 ¡V HONGKONG GREAT

 

HONGKONG GREAT, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings.  HONGKONG GREAT was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C S Shum this morning.  He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left hind leg.  Before being allowed to race again, HONGKONG GREAT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

 

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday¡¦s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
