PALACE PAL (G172) - 30 November 2022 - Race 3, PARKHEAD HANDICAP

 

The Stewards have been provided with written advice from New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing that PALACE PAL, which raced as Mongolian Wings prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers at its last race start in that jurisdiction.

 

Mr T P Yung, trainer of PALACE PAL, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Yung¡¦s request has been approved.
