HKJC launches new-look Racing Touch app for a better digital racing experience
The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club) is pleased to announce the launch of its new-look Racing Touch app to replace the existing app today. With a more modern and concise design, and the addition of a customisable racing information page, the fully refreshed one-stop app provides customers* with a truly exceptional digital racing experience.
To help customers select and browse information more conveniently, the new ˇ§Racing Informationˇ¨ page in the Racing Touch app features shortcuts to various categories of useful data, such as the ˇ§Jockeysˇ¦ Rides Tableˇ¨, ˇ§Trainersˇ¦ Runners Tableˇ¨ and ˇ§Past Resultsˇ¨. Customers can now access relevant information easily with a single tap on the screen. Additionally, the ˇ§Racing Informationˇ¨ and ˇ§Horse Profileˇ¨ interfaces can be customised based on usersˇ¦ preferences and browsing habits. Customers can create their own interfaces by freely switching the shortcuts and information bars to their preferred positions on screen for a more personalised digital experience.
Racing Touch combines comprehensive racing information and live streaming. With its innovative 3D horse graphics and gamified interface, the app has been popular among the younger generation. It provides in-depth information on local and overseas races, including detailed horse profiles, data on horsesˇ¦ lifetime form records, racing statistics and analysis. The app also features daily training records with exclusive trackwork and barrier trial videos, so customers can stay abreast of the latest updates on each horseˇ¦s form through the personalised filter.
When live streaming local or overseas races, the ˇ§Picture-in-Pictureˇ¨ feature allows customers to watch live racing while browsing other information, such as instant odds, race results and payouts. Customers can also create and review their own racing insights anytime, anywhere through the ˇ§Racing Notesˇ¨ feature to devise betting strategies with ease.
The old Racing Touch app will be terminated by 1st June. The refreshed Racing Touch app is now available on iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
