International Handicappers' Seminar
Date: 11-14 December 2002 Venue: The Hong Kong Jockey Club Headquarters (Happy Valley) This meeting brings together the Senior Handicappers from racing authorities of both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
The Handicappers will determine the international ratings of the four Hong Kong international races, which will appear in the 2002 International Classifications.
Other matters to be discussed at the meeting :
- The formation of an ARF Classification.
- The formation of a truly International Classification
- Selection Process for International Races.
- Uniformity of various international Weight-for-Age scales.
